PERSONAL 1:1 ASTROLOGICAL READINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of personal 1:1 astrological readings ("Readings") offered by Visionair Astrology. By booking a Reading with us, you as a client agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Scope of Services

2.1. The Astrologer will analyze the astrological charts based on the birth information provided by the Client. The Astrologer will provide insights, interpretations, and guidance based on their understanding of astrology.

2.2. The Astrologer is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. The Readings do not substitute for professional medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. The Client may book a Reading through our website or other designated platforms. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete birth information and contact details.

3.2. Payment for the Reading is required in advance through the specified payment methods. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1. In the event you need to reschedule the reading, you must give 24 hours notice where reasonable - in the event of a “no show” you will forfeit your appointment and will not be refunded.

4.2 Cancellations made by the Client within 24 hours of the scheduled Reading will be eligible for a rescheduling but not for a refund. Requests may be considered, subject to availability.

4.2. The Astrologer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a Reading due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.

5. Gift Voucher policy

5.1. Validity Period: Gift vouchers issued for readings are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.

5.2. Redemption: The recipient of the gift voucher must schedule and redeem the reading within the 12-month validity period. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the voucher, and no refund or extension will be granted.

5.3. Appointment Scheduling: The standard appointment scheduling rules, as outlined in Sections 4.1 and 4.2, apply to gift voucher recipients. They must provide 24 hours' notice for rescheduling, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reading may be eligible for rescheduling but not for a refund.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. The Astrologer agrees to keep all personal and sensitive information shared by the Client during the Reading confidential.

6.2. The Client also agrees to respect the privacy and confidentiality of the astrological insights and information shared during the Reading.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. The Client agrees to engage in a respectful and courteous manner during the Reading. Any abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Astrologer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the Readings, including but not limited to any claims related to accuracy, interpretation, or reliance on the astrological insights provided.

By booking a Reading with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
